Job Overview

All media digitization and conversion services for FOREVER are performed at the North American Media Processing Center located in Green Bay, which also serves as a retail location to showcase all products included in the FOREVER memory keeping platform. The Retail & Operations Associate will be responsible for ensuring all customers and Ambassadors have a positive media conversion experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and excellent service to all customers and Ambassadors in the store, on the telephone, and via email
  • Explain, demonstrate and sell all products and offerings included in the FOREVER platform
  • Prepare, receive, quality check, and ship orders
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of all customer and company materials
  • Handle customer materials according to strict guidelines and expectations
  • Provide support for FOREVER team members as needed via telephone and email
  • Scan photographs and documents
  • Prepare conversion boxes for shipment to customers and Ambassadors
  • Complete inventory and intake procedures which include count and label items for conversion, contact customers with follow up questions, and create work orders
  • Contact customers for payment
  • Assist with inventory of store supplies
  • Perform other administrative duties required by your Direct Manager and other team members

Required Job Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and grammar skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain consistency throughout each process
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, is preferred but not required
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, confident, and work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and enjoy challenges
  • Commitment to quality in all work, eager to learn multiple roles and ensure a job well done
  • Previous customer service experience is strongly desired

Work Schedule

This position is full-time (40 hours/week).  Additional hours may be required during peak times. The store is open from 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday.  We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
